ETM is not a security token
Compared to other services ETM will be one of the first, which is not a security feature. ETHernitymining organizes a large group of hardware groups through its token sale. So by contributing to the ICO, you are buying your personal share of the mining equipment. HOW DO WE WORK?
STEP 1
Contribute to our token sale. By purchasing ETM tokens you are actually contributing to our bulk hardware purchase and you become the owner of the hardware you paid for. Once the ICO is over, our lawyer will legalize a document listing each contributor along with his share of the mass group purchase.
When we are completely sold out, 1ETM equals 0.00000067% of all future ETHernity Mining projects.
STEP 2
Once our initial investment is operational, your ETM tokens will be granted to receive weekly returns on your shares of the mining hardware. As long as you keep your tokens in your personal wallet, you will receive your weekly returns directly into your personal wallet.
ETM tokens are a proof of ownership for the mining hardware. So as long as you keep your tokens, you will continue to receive returns. You receive returns on the core mining plant and on any other facility we built using the 20% mix model.
STEP 3
You own the mining hardware that your token supports. This gives you the freedom to do whatever you want. They are not tied to a specific duration. If you want to stop or need money urgently, you can sell your token to any stock exchange that accepts ETM trading. By selling your tokens, you sell your mining hardware shares and give the right to weekly returns to the person to whom you sent the tokens.
